Mother & Baby Portrait Sessions
As a new parent, you are filled with excitement and joy to welcome your newborn into the world. You want to capture every precious moment of this special time, this is why you should take time for yourself and schedule a Mother & Baby portrait session.
As the session begins, I will take time to get to know you and your baby, asking about their name and any specific preferences or ideas you may have for the portraits. This may include using your baby's favorite blanket or teddy bear in the shoot, as well as any other items that may have sentimental value to yourselves.
I aim to capture the most heartwarming moments with your newborn. Including, but not limited to, their tiny fingers and toes to their adorable yawns and stretches, I will compose each shot to highlight their natural beauty. I find and use the perfect lighting to create stunning portraits that I you will cherish forever.
Throughout the session, I will make you feel involved and included, allowing you to give any input and participate in the process. I will also encourage you to also hold and interact with your baby, capturing genuine and tender moments between you both.
My ultimate goal in a Mother & Baby portrait session is to capture the pure essence of your newborn and the love that you feel for them. My hope is that you see the final images as beautiful and timeless keepsakes that you may treasure for years to come.
I am thrilled that you are considering a Mother & Baby portrait session.
It is a wonderful experience that will leave you with priceless memories of your baby's first days
and preserve the fleeting moments of your little one's infancy for years to come..
A little about me.
I have been a photographer for several years. I have had the amazing opportunity to capture moments in all types of situations and circumstances. However, my favorite type of photo session to capture is with newborns and their parents, especially mother and baby. There is a bond between a mother and child that is so unique and beautiful to capture in a image.
I came to realize the importance of documenting those moments, when my mother passed away a few years ago. As we began to plan for her funeral, we began to look through all of our photos for the slide show, as you do. It was then that it hit me. Mothers need to be in the photos with their children. Yes, to capture those moments when their children are young, but also so their children will have those to cherish after their mother is gone.
I am grateful that my dad was an avid photographer when he was younger. He was able to capture some moment between my mother , myself, and my sisters that we will cherish for years to come.
